SOUNDOFF Return / Exchange Policy

At SOUNDOFF, we are committed to providing a quality product and want to ensure that customers are completely happy with their purchase.  Returned items must be in new and resalable condition with any original tags still attached and no visible indications of wear and tear, including being worn, dirty, odorous, damaged, washed or altered in any way.   

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date of the order to be eligible to be returned or exchanged.  In order to request a return or exchange, please:

  1. Go to www.SOUNDOFFdesign.com and sign into your account.  
  2. Once you have signed into your account, click the "completed" link on the left side of the screen to see your completed orders.
  3. Click the “return item(s)” link on the right side of the screen for the order related to the item you wish to return or exchange.
  4. Enter the quantity you wish to return for each item, select a return reason and a return action, and enter any comments to help us process your return or exchange.
  5. When complete, click “submit return request”

After your return / exchange request is submitted, our customer service team will review your request.   When your return request is authorized, generally within 1 business day, you will receive an email with a prepaid shipping label and return instructions.  Your item must be postmarked and shipped to SOUNDOFF within 7 days of receiving the shipping label to be eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges, and incorrect item and warrantee returns are always free at SOUNDOFF.  Other returns are subject to a $7 restocking fee, which includes a free return shipping label.  The $7 restocking fee, if applicable, will be deducted from the amount of the purchase price refunded to the customer.  

All returns /exchanges must be processed through SOUNDOFF’s online return process.  If you have any problems with the return process, please contact us at support@SOUNDOFFdesign.com.

Once the item is received at SOUNDOFF, please allow 2-3 business days for the item to be inspected and a credit to processed back to your original form or payment.  Returns can only be processed back to the original form of payment.  

At our discretion, refunds will not be issued for items that are not in new/resalable condition when returned, nor will we assume the cost/responsibility for returning those items to the customer.
